It all started when Louise, the owner of Les Savons de Loulou! home-based business, started looking for a commercial space to open a store....and found one, or exactly two, in the Buckley building in Carthage.
Then, she met 3 lovely ladies, Sandra, Ashley and Teri, who were willing to put their products in her store: An Eclectic Boutique was born!

Like the name says it so well, you will find in the boutique an eclectic mix of antique and shabby chic furniture, vintage clothing and costume jewelry, natural extra virgin olive oil soaps and skin care products, handmade fine silver jewelry, original aprons, North country gift items and fine foods, amongst them the World Famous Groghan Bologna!

Other items include one-of-a-kind home decor, linens and glassware, decorative slates made with the slates that were on the original roof of the Buckley before the renovation, Cheese Curd, locally made salsa, pasta and pasta sauce, and so many other items that you need to come and see them for yourself!!!

The second commercial space will soon become Les Savons de Loulou' soap making studio, that will allow Louise to make all of her products onsite and where she'll give soap making classes and seminars on natural cosmetics.
